     Taiyuan University of Technology (henceforth, TYUT) is located in downtown Taiyuan and has a history of 114 years tracing back to 1902. It is the only university in Shanxi Province nominated by Chinese Ministry of Education as one of the top 100 universities in the 21st century in China, i.e. “Project 211”.
