In the morning of 22th, January, 2017, the graduation ceremony for students graduated from Confucius Institute at Kabul University this year was held in the lecture hall of the CI at KU. Leaders from faculty of Arts, faculty of Chinese Language and Culture, and the Confucius Institute at the Kabul University had attended the ceremony with all the graduates, totaling more than 100 people. The meeting was host by an outstanding graduate Heela Hakimi.

       At about 10 o'clock, the graduation ceremony begins with the magnificent Afghan and Chinese national anthems. Upon the end of it, Mr. M. Yousuf Rahnaward, dean of the Chinese department and foreign executive director of Confucius Institute at Kabul University made his speech for all the graduates. Afterwards, Prof. Li Huiyang, director of the Confucius Institute at Kabul University, made another warm speech, wishing all the graduates a bright future and hoping that the graduates will not forget CI at KU and their alma mater after they start their career life in the society. Mr.Li also invited the graduates to come back to CI at KU visit as long as they are free. Later, five representatives of graduates made their graduation speeches, expressing their gratitude for the Chinese Department and Confucius Institute here and also for the teachers working here .In the speeches, all the sweet memories of the four years came to them again which made tears in the eyes of them. Followed by which was the awarding of excellence and certificate of graduation from the leaders.

       In the end, the ceremony was successfully closed up on the students' beautiful poetry recitation.
