From January 9 to 10, 2016,   headed by the president of the South Kazakhstan State University, one of the top 3 national university in Kazakhstan, a 3-person delegation had a visit in TUT and achieved some preliminary achievements in future collaboration in Confucius Institute, Chinese language learning, scientific research and students exchanges.
