TUT’s first opening ceremony of the Teacher-oriented Program was held on the afternoon of 25, September.  Vice president of TUT, professor Xu Bingshe, dean and vice dean of college of international education exchange, professor Xie Gang and  professor Zhao Anyuan as well the staff from the related department attended the ceremony. The 29 students from Kabul university in Afghanistan will begin with their chinese learning in International Chinese Education department in the next 4 year in TUT.
